Do you have any experience playing this character? I've played him in private before and have been building up the world he comes from for a few years now.
Why do you want to play this character at Sky High City? Because I finally have icons! |D And also because I've been wanting to play him somewhere outside of private scenarios for a while now and I think the setting could work well for him. There's a floating city in his world too and it'll be an interesting experience for him to end up there and learn to live apart from his life in servitude and away from his Mistress!
And if you want a bit of info on him:
He's a 15 year old dragon-boy (Dragonkin) called Kai, meaning he looks mostly human but he has a pair of small pointed horns, pointed ears, fangs (which you can only see if he's grinning/has an open mouth) and a tail (though you can't see it in his icons). He can also breathe fire, though this isn't something he does very often! His race are oppressed and confined to a small island known as the Isle of Were, where humans use them for labour and keep as pets. If they use their fire dangerously or without being asked by their owner (or just generally lash out/turn aggressive), the individual in question will be tranquilised and taken away to a secure facility. None of the Dragonkin know what happens here but nobody comes back.
Personality-wise he's quite subdued and subservient. He got lucky and works for a wealthy lady in a big household so he's generally more well-kept than most of his kind, but he's still very cautious about stepping out of line. He's generally polite and friendly to everyone he meets and always willing to help out, but more out of a feeling of necessity than anything.
Really he longs for his freedom, but he also has a bit of a Stockholm Syndrome thing going on with his Mistress, who does punish him if he does something wrong, even if on the grand scale of things she's not so bad. There is a small Resistance group out there hoping to free the Dragonkin but at this point they're considered a rumour or a myth.
